Naomi Agbebaku BScN, RN, MPH, MScN, GNC(C) ®
Health Advocate, Gerontology, Dementia, End-of-Life, Acute Care
I began my nursing career in Ireland, where I worked in a variety of acute care areas as well as positions in leadership and management within the healthcare system.
As an Advanced Practitioner, I collaborated with health care teams to facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes for my clients.
As a life-long learner, I have researched patient safety and improving patients’ quality of life.
As an experienced Nurse, empathy and compassion are of utmost importance to me as these are what drew me to nursing in the first place.
As a Health Advocate, when things get challenging or difficult, my role is to work alongside you and your family: providing one-to-one support, support navigating the healthcare system, expert guidance, and practical solutions.
When you go through things as a patient, being treated with empathy and compassion, and not just as another diagnosis, is a gift……and that is what I try to provide to patients and their families.
When I’m not working, I volunteer in my local church, play the bass drum, cook, and read.
